Looks like another sold sign popped up this week. This time a Taylor Morrison spec home on Radstock Road which is the Tanzanite floor plan. This is one out of 4 homes under construction on Radstock Road and is the second home that was sold this week. Seems that street is filling up fast.

Since both homes that are sold are specs they will be the first to move into the neighborhood.
