Currently, the most built-up corner of FM 423 and US 380 is the northeast corner. It is anchored by a Kroger Marketplace and has many of the business around it are currently open with Panera Bread being the latest one.

The plan shows Home Depot will go just to the east of Kroger and should break ground this year with an opening in 2020. This will be behind Panera Bread and will have other fast food restaurants joining them. It looks like there will be Chick-fil-a, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell all right there together.

In the earlier versions of the plan, there was a Taco Cabana listed, but it looks like it has been replaced by Raising Cane’s. Check out what else is planned by clicking on the picture of the site plan.
