The northwest corner of FM 423 and US 380 is set up to contain a variety of businesses that will be very convenient for residents of Somerset Park. Besides the RaceTrac that is already there, it looks like it will have an LA Fitness, SportClips, a bicycle shop, and medical offices.

For those that like to eat out, there will be a Rosa’s Cafe, WingStop, a smoothie bar, and a local diner. Originally there was a Braum’s shown where building #5 is but that may have fallen through considering it is no longer listed. Let’s hope they reconsider so there will be good ice cream so close! There are still plenty of locations available so there is no telling what else may pop in. Hopefully, we’ll find out updates as they happen and can keep everyone informed.
