Texans love their barbecue! So it is good news that the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in North Frisco opened earlier this week off 380 in the shopping center just north of Somerset Park. It is owned by local husband and wife entrepreneurs, Jesse and Marry Rose Merin.

“We moved to Texas in 2008 from the Philippines and instantly fell in love with barbecue. We are excited to share our passion for convenient comfort food with the community we now call home,” said Jesse and Mary Rose Merin.

During their grand opening, Frisco’s newest Dickey’s location will feature a variety of grand opening specials. One of those specials will be $3 Pulled Pork Classic Sandwiches all month long. They will also be offering their full menu of brisket, ribs, sausage, and more.
