As part of the 2018 bond program, Frisco ISD started construction on high school #12 at the end of last year. At the February regular FISD Board meeting, trustees approved the name Panther Creek High School.

Panther Creek High School will be located northeast of Teel Parkway and Dakotah Road and be adjacent to the future PGA headquarters and golf courses. The campus will be located on the outside of the Hollyhock community and will be within walking and biking distance of Somerset Park. Panther Creek High School should open in time for the 2022 school year for grades 9 – 11.
